Our Process

Step 1: Initial Meeting or Request a Quote

In order to prepare a quote for your cabinetry project, we need some information about the project itself. If you prefer a more hands on approach, please call to schedule an appointment or stop by our showroom to meet with one of our designers. It will be helpful if you bring drawings, or even a rough sketch, with measurements to discuss your project. Check out our helpful measurement/sketch guide. However, you may prefer to visit our Request a Quote page to submit the necessary information online for an estimate. We are also able to send estimators to you. Please call for an appointment. Showroom visits and online quote requests are free, but we do charge for onsite measures and consultations. Check out our Request a Quote page for more information.

You will receive a proposal within 5-7 business days.

Once you have received the proposal for cabinetry, and are ready to move forward, we will need to collect a deposit and signed contract to put you on our Production Schedule. Our payment terms will be clearly stated at the bottom of your proposal and at the beginning of the contract, and will vary based on the size of the project.

After you have signed a contract and remitted a deposit, you will be provided with cabinet drawings including the measurements. Your designer will also schedule a design appointment with you where you will be able to modify your design. At this appointment we will ask you to make selections such as door style, finish color, exterior hardware, crown molding style, etc., and we will need you to provide us with your planned countertop thickness and any appliance model numbers and specifications that are applicable. Please note that there are deadlines in the contract by which these decisions must be made. Numerous changes to the design, or changes made after production has begun will result in installation delays and additional charges.

When all your rough construction (framing done, plumbing/HVAC/electrical roughed in, and drywall up) is complete, we will send someone to final measure your area(s) for cabinetry. It is imperative that we know of any changes made after the final measure. Failure to notify us will result in additional charges. Once we have performed a final measure, and all selections have been made, a final proposal will be sent that accounts (+/-) for the exact sizing of all cabinetry and all the selections that have been made. We will also send you the drawings with the selections noted to be approved and signed by you as authorization to begin production.

Your approved and signed drawings and selections will be used to engineer and manufacture your custom cabinetry. Production times vary based on the scope of the project, but we will keep you apprised of timeframes for production completion and installation expectations. Visit Our Product page to learn more about the high-quality hardwoods, hardware and finishes that will be used to create the exquisite cabinetry projects for your home, and visit Our Team page to see the seasoned professionals that will build and install your cabinetry to perfection.

As production on your cabinets nears completion, we will reach out to schedule the delivery and installation time. Of course, the exact time to complete the install will vary depending on the size of the project and the other tasks that need to be completed around the cabinets, such as countertops, appliance installation, etc. Our installers, whether in-house or thoroughly vetted, licensed and insured subcontractors, are consummate professionals that will work to not only meet, but exceed your expectations. They will finalize the installation by performing touch-ups and/or adjustments for a flawless finish. We then hope that you will leave your 5-star review with the many others we have on Google.
